Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our B2B sales efforts. You’ll identify leads, pitch services/products, and build strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking
Pitch solutions to potential B2B clients
Schedule and conduct client meetings
Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Support sales strategy and campaign execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
0–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
