JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform research, prepare expansion plans and identify new areas for retail Franchise.
Generating leads for Generic Aadhaar Retail Franchise, Taking calls and Coordination with leads who require Generic Aadhaar franchise and follow up with them from time to time.
Responsible for sales growth, generating revenue & expansion of Generic Aadhaar business.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual targets for company franchises.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies & suggest improvement.
Communicate all issues and concerns of Franchise, provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client requirement & needs.
Regular follow up, review feedback and suggestion of existing Retail franchisees.
Ensuring Timely collection of payment from Retail franchisees.
Reviewing & verifying the detail of single Franchises of pan India as per rules & regulation & criteria, before appointing them.
Maintaining good will of Generic Aadhaar, establish strategies that focus on promoting the brand.
Ensuring timely execution of product to Single Franchisee through Master Franchisee only & make sure Master franchisee keep necessary stock of goods
Keeping meetings with Pan India regional heads through phone & zoom calls.
