ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

For the business development Executive, the target sector will be Architecture Industry of

USA and Canada.

Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas,

trends, customers, and services

Develop new business by generating leads through an extensive Email

Marketing.

Understand the needs of your clients and be able to respond effectively

with a plan of action like demonstrations, proposals, etc.

Should be able to run complete sales cycle from Initiating leads to deal

closure

Coordinate Status Meetings as Needed

Develop and Deliver Sales Presentations on Behalf of The Company;

Understand And Clearly Articulate Organization Value Proposition

Discuss Promotional Strategy and Activities with management

DESIRED SKILLS:

Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with

a wide range of people at various levels, both internally and externally

The ability to analyses sales figures and write reports

Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch

Good Market research Skills
