for the business development executive, the target sector will be architecture industry of

usa and canada.

▪ identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas,

trends, customers, and services

▪ develop new business by generating leads through an extensive email

marketing.

▪ understand the needs of your clients and be able to respond effectively

with a plan of action like demonstrations, proposals, etc.

▪ should be able to run complete sales cycle from initiating leads to deal

closure

▪ coordinate status meetings as needed

▪ develop and deliver sales presentations on behalf of the company;

understand and clearly articulate organization value proposition

▪ discuss promotional strategy and activities with management

desired skills:

• tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets

• excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with

a wide range of people at various levels, both internally and externally

• the ability to analyses sales figures and write reports

• initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch

• good market research skills

working days: monday to friday
