• Should effectively manage internal coordination with the web development team to assist them with various marketing campaigns such as e-blasts, press releases, promotions etc.
• Ensuring proper coordination with the accounts team at regular intervals.
• Strategize to build and acquire clients across multiple industries for research and consulting services.
• Should possess the required business acumen to understand the importance of customer relationship management.
• Maximize revenues from the existing key accounts through up-selling, and cross-selling and should nurture the old accounts.
• Shall help in developing proposals/ business cases/ presentations to the clients, pitching in for the expected research content by the clients, based on your experience.
• Customizing content in terms of third-party market research reports/ titles aptly suiting the needs of the clients.
• Should be excellent in product (research reports) mapping based on the specific requirements of the client.
• Should play a predominant role in account nurturing and account management.
• Perform weekly reviews of your subordinates. Generate weekly, and monthly sales reports and update the ongoing activities with a motive of overall process optimization.
