We are hiring Business Development Executives for our Water Supply and Faucets divisions.

Job Location: Lucknow

Experience: 1-3 years (Sales and Marketing field experience in any Industry)

Qualification: Any graduates /post graduate (Age upto 30 yeas)

Preferred skills and Knowledge

· Result oriented - achieving targets

· Good communication skills -Verbal & Written (English, Hindi and Local Language)

· Good presentation and Interpersonal skills - Sales approach

· Computer skills-Good at Excel and Presentation

· Candidate shall have the ability to understand Technical and Market Knowledge of same industry.

· Candidate can conduct market research, evaluate customer needs and set up meetings with potential clients

· Candidate shall have the requisite knowledge of Sales process/Sales Cycle.

· Candidates strong in Distributor/Dealer management and Relationship Management will be given preference.

· Candidate should belong to same location or have market knowledge for base location (Lucknow).

· Two wheeler and one smart phone is must for this job profile.

Job Description:

1. Marketing our brand/products to various users/organization.

2. Cold callings with daily clients meetings

3. Maintain business relations with clients & generate new business for the company.

4. New Dealer appointment and Sales generation from dealers and direct clients.

5. Lead Generation & proactive follow-up on leads, convincing and conversion.

6. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

7. Daily /Monthly reports in CRM software.
