We are hiring Business Development Executive/ Sales Development Representative/ Sales executive role (BDA/ BDE)

Industry- Telemarketing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Calling the leads and convert them into sales.

• Follow-up with the leads diligently on a regular basis

• Meeting and exceeding revenue targets

• Maximizing leads conversion

• Account Management of customers for error-free service

• Providing customer support to existing customers

• Managing and allocating the leads to executives for maximum conversion

• Coordinating with sales team

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate and Post Graduates from any stream.

• 0 to 5 years of SALES and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT experience

• Good Interpersonal Communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Sales Drive and resilience

• Experience in consultative selling

• Should be target-driven and achievement-oriented

• Proficiency in English Communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in customer support is a plus

• Proven working experience as a business development manager

• Lead Generating business through data
