We are hiring Business Development Executive/ Sales Development Representative/ Sales executive role (BDA/ BDE)

Industry- Telemarketing

Roles and Responsibilities

Calling the leads and convert them into sales.

Follow-up with the leads diligently on a regular basis

Meeting and exceeding revenue targets

Maximizing leads conversion

Account Management of customers for error-free service

Providing customer support to existing customers

Managing and allocating the leads to executives for maximum conversion

Coordinating with sales team

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate and Post Graduates from any stream.

0 to 5 years of SALES and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT experience

Good Interpersonal Communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office

Sales Drive and resilience

Experience in consultative selling

Should be target-driven and achievement-oriented

Proficiency in English Communication and negotiation skills

Experience in customer support is a plus

Proven working experience as a business development manager

Lead Generating business through data
