Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Rebuilt India, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and building strategic partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our initiatives and furthering our mission to rebuild rural communities.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential partners, clients, and collaborators.

- Develop a strong understanding of Rebuilt India's services and projects.

- Proactively reach out to prospective partners to explore collaboration opportunities.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.

2. Relationship building and networking:

- Build strong relationships with existing and potential stakeholders, corporates, and community leaders.

- Represent Rebuilt India at conferences, events, and meetings to promote our organization and forge strategic partnerships.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination in delivering services to partners and clients.

3. Proposal development and contract negotiation:

- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients and partners.

- Conduct negotiations and close deals to secure new partnerships and business contracts.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.

4. Market intelligence and competitive analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

- Analyse market data to identify potential areas for expansion and growth.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market intelligence.
