Job Brief:

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Requirements And Skills:-

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.

1 year experience in IT sales for website and application sales.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Presentation Skills.

Cold Calling

Client Relationships.

Negotiation Skills.

Prospecting Skills.

Meeting Sales Goals.

Prior Experience in similar industry.

Sales Planning.

Motivation for Sales.

Website sales & Application Sales.

Technical understanding- software industry.

Work on Upwork/Linkdln/ Freelancer...etc to get the leads for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

Responsible for achieving growth and hit the sales targets as set for US and other geographies Such as UK.

Hire, build, manage sales team, and aggressively hunt for new business.

Manage a pipeline of opportunities from own network as well as companys lead generation

activities.

Conduct periodic reviews to achieve revenue targets.

Build and fast target-driven approach for pre-sales, marketing, and sales function, setting a

unified direction to ensure priorities are always clear.

Recommend continual improvements that outline the changes needed to transform the

organization into a sales-driven environment.
