Job Description - Business Development Executive
Our company is seeking a highly motivated inside sales executive to join our dynamic sales team. The inside sales executive works closely with other members of the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate increases sales through proactive prospecting, lead qualification and sales activities.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to identify potential customers and qualify leads
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits and

• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close; ensuring that customer information and
sales data is accurate and up-to-date
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely
and professional manner
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and close the deals
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings, adjusting sales strategies as
required
• Attend sales training and other professional development activities as required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field. MBA (Marketing) preferred
• 1-2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification and closing deals
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
