We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Tilak Nagar. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience and a minimum education level of 12th pass. This role is full-time and requires working in the office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Identify New Business Opportunities:** Research and find potential clients and markets to expand the company’s reach. This includes understanding industry trends and competition.
- **Build and Maintain Client Relationships:** Establish strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions that meet those needs effectively.
- **Prepare Sales Proposals:** Create detailed proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing the company’s products/services and persuading them to choose our offerings.
- **Conduct Market Research:** Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth. Use this information to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Meet or exceed sales goals set by the management. This involves tracking progress regularly and adjusting strategies as necessary.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
A successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are essential for closing deals. An ability to work independently as well as within a team is important, along with a goal-oriented mindset. Proficiency in basic computer applications will also be expected to handle documentation and reporting effectively. Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
