Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities
Generate leads and build relationships with potential and existing customers
Negotiate and close sales deals
Manage customer accounts and provide excellent customer service
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Track and analyze sales and marketing performance
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
1+ years of experience in sales and marketing
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CRM systems preferred
