Conduct product demos (HRMS) or site visits (Real Estate)
Understand customer requirements and close deals
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain CRM and sales reports
Desired Skills:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Experience in SaaS/HRMS sales or Real Estate sales preferred
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Willingness to work in field sales when required
