We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executives for the following departments:

Open Positions:

1 BDE HRMS Software Sales

2 BDE Real Estate Sales

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead generation and client follow-ups

Promote and sell HRMS software solutions / Real estate projects

Conduct product demos (HRMS) or site visits (Real Estate)

Understand customer requirements and close deals

Achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain CRM and sales reports

Desired Skills:

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Experience in SaaS/HRMS sales or Real Estate sales preferred

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Willingness to work in field sales when required
