Job Description

responsibilities:

- research and identify potential clients in the apac/uk/us/dubai and middle east region.

- create and maintain a database of leads, including contact information and specific details about their roofing needs.

- use various lead generation techniques such as online research, cold calling, and networking to gather potential leads.

- qualify and close leads by assessing their requirements, budget, and timeline.

- initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

- develop and maintain a follow-up strategy to nurture leads over time.

- keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.

- track and report lead generation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.

- ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in lead generation.

- strong knowledge of the lead generation and it industry and its key players.

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the it sector.

- proficiency in using crm software and lead management tools.

- strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- adept at conducting market research and competitive analysis.

- sales and negotiation skills are a plus.

- knowledge of digital marketing and social media for lead generation is beneficial.

qualifications & experience required:

- any graduate-

- 1-4 years of experience.

skills & qualities required:

- proven experience as a tele-caller, telemarketer, or in a similar outbound sales role.

- excellent verbal communication skills.

- ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.

- strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

- active listening and problem-solving abilities.

- basic computer skills and familiarity with crm software or similar tools.

- ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- goal-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets.
