Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential clients in the APAC/UK/US/Dubai and Middle East region.- Create and maintain a database of leads, including contact information and specific details about their roofing needs.- Use various lead generation techniques such as online research, cold calling, and networking to gather potential leads.- Qualify and close leads by assessing their requirements, budget, and timeline.- Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.- Develop and maintain a follow-up strategy to nurture leads over time.- Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.- Track and report lead generation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in lead generation. - Strong knowledge of the Lead Generation and IT industry and its key players.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT sector.- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Adept at conducting market research and competitive analysis.- Sales and negotiation skills are a plus.- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media for lead generation is beneficial.Qualifications & Experience Required:- Any Graduate- - 1-4 years of experience.Skills & Qualities Required:- Proven experience as a tele-caller, telemarketer, or in a similar outbound sales role.- Excellent verbal communication skills.- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets.
