role & responsibilities: - end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in crm.
-generating and conducting site visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
-managing negotiations with buyers and ensuring deal closures.
-achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
-communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need.
-actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
