Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, managing their needs and expectations.
Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals that demonstrate Shipease capabilities and value proposition.
Collaborate with the cross functional team to develop strategies and solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve profitable sales growth.
Monitor and report on market trends, competition, and client needs
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and content that support business growth.
Track and report on sales performance, forecast revenue, and manage budgets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
At least 1-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably from logistics SAAS industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong knowledge to identify prospects and high pursuance ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel as needed.
