1. Role Overview / Summary Developing new lead in exhibition segment, it is target based job. Day to day job to make database, cold call, meet, generate new lead constantly. Bridge the gap between client needs, creative design, and successful project execution for trade shows and events.
2. Key Responsibilities Client Service Executive Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries (Chemical and Paint, Elevator, Machinery, Auto, Pharma, etc.). Develop proposals, pitches, and cost estimates, negotiating contracts to meet sales targets. Build strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Plan and execute marketing activities for the company's own exhibition participation. Serve as the main client contact from briefing to post-event. Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for seamless project delivery. Manage timelines, budgets, quality control, and on-site setup/dismantling. ifications Education: Graduation preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, client relationship management, problem-solving.
