Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Make My House. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flair for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Develop and implement strategies to increase the organization's revenue and profitability
€¢ Identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
€¢ Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
€¢ Develop proposals and presentations to pitch the products and services to potential clients
€¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
€¢ Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant information
€¢ Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
€¢ Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the organization's brand
Qualifications:
€¢ Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
€¢ Proven experience of 1 year in business development or telesales
€¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
€¢ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
€¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
€¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
