about the role:-
we are looking for a results-driven business development executive (bde) with experience in the it/software/tech industry to help the company expand its customer base, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technology services, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in client acquisition.
key responsibilities:-
identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their it needs and propose appropriate solutions.
develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and kpis.
conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business prospects.
manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals.
attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences when required.
maintain accurate records of sales activities in the crm system.

familiarity with crm tools such as hubspot, zoho, salesforce, etc.
