Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout

Job Type: Full-time, Commission-based (Prohibition Period)

Salary Range: Commission-based during prohibition period; INR 20,000 post-probation

Company Overview:

IQinternz is a dynamic and growing EduTech company. We are expanding our sales team and seeking motivated individuals to join us on a commission-based salary during the prohibition period, with the opportunity for a permanent position and a competitive fixed salary thereafter.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prohibition Period (6 months):

- Engage in proactive sales activities to generate leads and close deals.

- Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

- Learn and master product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

2. Commission-based Salary:

- During the 6-month prohibition period, your compensation will be based on a commission structure, rewarding your performance and contribution to the team.

3. Permanent Position (Post 6 months):

- Upon successful completion of the 6-month prohibition period, candidates meeting performance criteria will be offered a permanent position.

- Fixed salary ranging from INR 20,000, depending on experience and performance during the prohibition period.

4. Performance-Based Prohibition Period (2 months):

- The probation period will be assessed based on performance, with an emphasis on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, client satisfaction, and teamwork.

- High-performing individuals may have the opportunity to shorten the probation period to 2 months based on exceptional performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field (fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
