Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, follow up on leads, and support revenue growth. The role involves client communication, requirement understanding, coordination with internal teams, and closing opportunities through structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
€¢ Generate and follow up on leads from multiple sources (LinkedIn, portals, referrals, inbound enquiries)
€¢ Communicate with prospective clients to understand requirements
€¢ Coordinate internally to prepare quotations and proposals
€¢ Track leads, follow-ups, and deal status in Excel/CRM
€¢ Maintain client data and update sales pipelines regularly
€¢ Support negotiations and assist in closing deals
€¢ Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up
€¢ Assist in identifying new markets, segments, and opportunities
€¢ Coordinate with operations and vendors for smooth execution post-confirmation

Required Skills & Qualifications
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in any discipline
€¢ 1€“3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing
€¢ Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
€¢ Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client coordination
€¢ Basic knowledge of Excel, email communication, and documentation
€¢ Ability to work independently and meet targets
