key responsibilities
identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services
prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
maintain accurate records of sales activities in crm systems
coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (freshers may apply)

proficiency in ms office and crm tools

experience in b2b/b2c sales
