We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven BDE/BDM to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Identify and explore potential market segments and business opportunities
Generate leads and convert them into clients
Meet and interact with clients on a daily basis
Build and manage strong client relationships independently
Achieve monthly sales targets
Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies
Handle negotiations and close deals effectively
🔹 Candidate Requirements
Good understanding of digital marketing / e-commerce / advertising industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Knowledge of local industrial areas is a plus
Must have own laptop and bike
🔹 Salary & Benefits
💰 Salary:
Fresher: ₹25,000/month
Experienced (2+ years): Up to ₹35,000/month
