Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Staffing) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the manpower and recruitment services domain. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients for staffing and manpower services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers
Understand client requirements and propose suitable recruitment and staffing solutions
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals
Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements in coordination with internal teams
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and client data using CRM tools
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
13 years of experience in B2B sales
Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or manpower services is mandatory
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Skills
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
