Location: Salem, Karur, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Namakkal, Trichy.

Experience: 0-3 Years

Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives.

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday; includes field visits)

Job Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire new clients including builders, architects, contractors, dealers, and homeowners for aluminium, uPVC products, and interior designing services.

Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to close sales deals effectively.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order follow-up, payments, and after-sales support.

Maintain accurate records of sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer networks to promote products and expand market reach.

Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference for Commerce, Business, or Sales-related fields.

0-3 years of field sales experience, ideally in construction materials, fenestrattion, real estate, interiors, or FMCG.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Tamil (knowledge of local dialects a plus).

Tech-savvy with MS Office and WhatsApp Business for client management.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, with ability to travel locally

Basic product knowledge of aluminium/uPVC windows, doors, and interiors preferred (training provided).
