students in the next two years.

about the role

this role is ideal for those looking to build a career in sales & marketing or business operations. you will work directly with the leadership team and founders, receiving valuable mentorship and hands-on training from experienced professionals. you will

also contribute significantly to the company's value within your first week.

*note*: the first three months will be a paid training period at our bangalore hq, based on your performance you will be offered a full-time role in one of the company functions for pune location.

other requirements

1. a bachelor��s degree or higher in engineering or business is preferred.

2. open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years

3. high energy and a positive attitude, with a strong willingness to learn quickly.

4. excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. must have a personal vehicle (2-wheeler preferred) for client meetings, marketing events, and prospecting.

6. fluency in english, hindi, and marathi.

7. strong analytical thinking skills.

8. effective negotiation and communication abilities.

9. goal-oriented and capable of working independently.

probation:

duration: 3 months

salary during probation: ��30,000 /month (only for freshers)

after probation:

annual ctc: �� 4,70,000 - 6,00,000 /year
