Job Description

1. prospecting and lead generation:

- identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry research.

- conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.

- qualify leads and prioritize opportunities for maximum sales productivity.

2. client relationship management:

- establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present products/services, understand their requirements, and provide customized solutions.

- respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department.

3. sales presentations and demonstrations:

- conduct compelling and persuasive product demonstrations or presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of our offerings.

- effectively communicate the unique selling points of our products/services and tailor presentations to match client needs.

4. sales negotiation and deal closure:

- negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business while maintaining profitability.

- overcome objections and address client concerns to ensure successful deal closures.

- collaborate with the management to develop competitive sales proposals and quotations.

5. sales reporting and forecasting:

- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.

- provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to the manager.

- forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve or exceed them.

6. market intelligence and competition analysis:

- stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

- analyze market conditions and identify opportunities for business growth.
