Job Description:
EduHome Connect is hiring a target-driven Business Development Executive to manage student enquiries, outbound calling, and course conversions. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-volume, target-based sales calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to assigned leads
Explain EduHome Connect courses and benefits to students
Convert enquiries into successful enrollments
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
Follow up with interested leads and update call status
Maintain lead data and coordinate with the sales team
Eligibility / Requirements:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience in education sales / telecalling preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Strong target-oriented mindset is mandatory
Ability to communicate in multiple languages
Languages Required:
Tamil (Mandatory)
Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada / Hindi (Any one or more is an advantage)
Skills Required:
Sales & convincing skills
Confidence over phone calls
Result-oriented attitude
Basic CRM knowledge (preferred)
