Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to expand our presence in the Fragrance & Flavour industry. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting our fragrance and flavour solutions across diverse sectors such as food & beverages, personal care, cosmetics, and household products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fragrance and flavour markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to align product offerings with client requirements.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve business objectives.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Proven experience (2–7 years) in business development or sales within the fragrance & flavour industry.
- Strong understanding of fragrance and flavour applications in FMCG, food & beverage, cosmetics, or household care.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, marketing).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of clients in the **FMCG, food, or personal care sectors.
- Experience in international markets and export business development will be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights.
- Experience Level: Executive (2–4 years) / Manager (5–10 years)
