--role and responsibilities:

--- the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all the areas of operations including recruitment, training , business operation, management and team leading.

--- salary : (inc. allowance) fixed + incentives.

--- recruitment process : interview + irdai exam + ojt.

--- irdai exam center: nse-it center(near your location).

--- location: this hiring is being done for kolkata regional office.

--- office working days : 5 days(monday to friday).

--- working time : 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.

--- this job is totally work from home and it's a fix salary.

--- if you get selected in interview then your next step will be exam of ic(insurance consultant).

--- irdai exam mandatory for this job because here you will start with an ic designation.

--- company provides 7 days training properly + product session for exam.

--- for your help company provides experienced seniors , and a whatsapp group, irdai exam aap, mock series, study material all over.

--- during the training period, trainees will receive a stipend of 60k to according to their performance base.

--- the training (theory and practical) will be approximately 3 months. currently, training will be provided via zoom apps.
