to develop and manage housekeeping and facility service business by acquiring new branches or client locations, maintaining strong professional relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery through continuous coordination and site supervision.
key responsibilities
visit and engage branch or client offices to secure housekeeping and facility management contracts.
build and maintain long-term professional relationships with branch heads, administrators, or decision-makers to ensure client trust and satisfaction.
liaison with branch or client representatives for service coordination, billing submissions, and payment follow-ups.
coordinate with backend and payroll teams for attendance management, billing accuracy, and salary processing.
manage and track uniforms, id cards, and other housekeeping materials through controlled inventory records (google sheets).
conduct routine and surprise inspections to evaluate service quality, staff performance, and operational standards.
address grievances or complaints efficiently, handling minor issues independently and escalating critical ones when required.
support internal reporting, documentation, and communication for smooth business operations.
qualifications & experience
graduate (preferred in business administration, management, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in business development, housekeeping, or manpower outsourcing operations.
proficiency in ms excel / google sheets and online communication tools.
fluency in hindi and english; local language knowledge is a plus.
willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
