We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive in Inside Sales to join our team at Acme Infolabs. This full-time role is based in Noida, Delhi, and Greater Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base through proactive lead generation and sales activities. Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels and convert them into clients
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
Maintain and update client information in the CRM system
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns
Provide regular feedback to management on sales activities and market trends
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven sales and lead generation expertise (Mandatory skill)
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Proficient in market research to identify new business opportunities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strategic planning capabilities to develop and execute sales strategies
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Proactive approach with a strong focus on achieving sales target.
