Job Description

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Able to negotiate with clients considering the business continuity

Able to analyse the situation and respond accordingly Fast learner and passion for sales

Able to achieve targets as set by the management Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

Extensive sales experience. Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role

Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills and intermediate in Kannada and Hindi

Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

Neat, well-groomed appearance. Professional yet affable disposition.

Great networking skills. Emboldened by challenges.

Excellent written and verbal communication. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

2-wheeler is mandatory and should be willing to work in the field

Knowledge of MS Office

6 days working, rotational week off
