Position: Sr. Business Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth in assigned industrial segments /
B2B
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term customers across industries such as manufacturing, process, chemical, automotive, FMCG, engineering, etc.
• Handle technical discussions, product trials, and customer engagement activities
• Work closely with dealers, distributors, and end customers
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activity, and pricing insights
• Ensure strong customer relationship management and collections follow-up
• Support business planning, forecasting, and inventory coordination
What We Are Looking For:
• Experience in industrial B2B sales
• Strong exposure to cutting tools, power tools, abrasives, or industrial consumable products
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Technical understanding with a commercial mindset
• Self-driven and target-oriented approach
