about the role
we are looking for a driven and result-oriented business development associate (bda) to join our team at kadubeesanahalli, bangalore. the role involves engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales to achieve business growth.
key responsibilities
generate and qualify new business leads through calls, networking, and follow-ups.
conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose solutions.
manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and closure records in crm.
build and nurture long-term client relationships.
requirements
1–3 years of experience in business development / sales / client acquisition.
excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
proven track record of achieving targets.
self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
