Job Role: Business Development Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our team as Business Development Associates. The role involves student counselling, lead conversion, and admission support.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with students who have shown interest in UG/PG programs.

Provide detailed information about courses (MBA, BBA, etc.) and universities.

Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Maintain proper records of student interactions.

Achieve monthly admission targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
