Job Description

As a Branch Relationship Manager in Paschim Medinipur, you will play a key role in nurturing and maintaining customer relationships while driving business growth for the branch. Your primary duties will include:

- **Building Customer Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- **Customer Support**: Assist customers in resolving issues and answering inquiries, ensuring a high level of service satisfaction at all times.

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving sales and revenue targets by promoting products and services effectively to clients.

- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve service offerings.

- **Account Management**: Manage client accounts, ensuring all interactions are documented and any changes in customer requirements are promptly addressed.

- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive the best possible service and support throughout their customer journey.

For this role, we expect candidates to have:

- A bachelor’s degree in fields such as , , , or a related area, providing a solid foundation for understanding business operations.

- Between 1 to 4 years of experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating a background in nurturing customer relationships and meeting sales goals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications to manage client records and utilize customer management systems efficiently.

- A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities to address customer needs swiftly and effectively.
