responsibilities:

- make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services

- answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

- handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

- keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

- follow communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality of service

- identify and escalate priority issues

- provide product and service information to customers

- maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward
