fluency in english: excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and neutral accent suitable for uk customers.

empathy & patience: ability to listen actively, show empathy, and offer appropriate solutions in a respectful and non-judgmental manner, especially when discussing sensitive topics like debt.

confidence & persuasiveness: comfortable initiating conversations, addressing objections, and encouraging leads to take the next step in the debt relief process.

problem-solving skills: ability to assess the prospects needs quickly and adapt the conversation to offer the best solution for their financial situation.

attention to detail: ability to maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups

emotional intelligence: strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gauge a prospects emotional state, respond to their feelings appropriately, and maintain a supportive and respectful tone throughout the conversation.

active listening skills: active listening to fully understand the prospect's needs and concerns, ensuring that the solution offered is tailored to their specific situation.

key responsibilities:

lead generation: conduct outbound calls to uk-based individuals to generate leads for debt relief services.

cold calling: initiate conversations with potential clients who may be struggling with debt, explaining available services, and assessing their needs.

engagement: build rapport and trust by speaking empathetically about their financial situation, focusing on how the service can help.

achieving targets: meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.

compliance: ensure that all conversations comply with relevant uk regulations around debt advice and telemarketing practices (., gdpr, financial conduct authority regulations).
