Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers: This involves contacting individuals or businesses to promote products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries: Address any questions or concerns that customers may have regarding the products or services being offered.
- Provide information about products and services: Educate customers about the features and benefits of the products or services to entice them to make a purchase.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism: Ensure that all interactions with customers are conducted in a friendly and professional manner.
- Meet daily call quotas: Strive to achieve daily targets for the number of calls made and contacts established.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers over the phone.
- Marketing knowledge: Understanding of basic marketing principles to effectively promote products or services.
- Customer care skills: Ability to address customers' needs and resolve any issues they may have.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Must be able to handle a high volume of calls and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Previous experience in a BPO or call center setting: Familiarity with handling customer queries and conducting outbound calls would be an advantage.
