Job Title: Relationship Manager Health Insurance Sales

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Tele callers to join our dynamic health insurance sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, understanding their insurance needs, presenting suitable health insurance plans, and converting leads into policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote various health insurance products.

Understand and assess customer requirements to suggest the most appropriate insurance plans.

Generate and qualify leads; follow up with interested prospects.

Clearly explain product features, policy coverage, benefits, and premiums.

Address customer queries and objections with effective communication.

Ensure adherence to IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) compliance and guidelines.

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Accurately document customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure seamless policy issuance.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.

Multilingual proficiency preferred (English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada).

Prior experience in telesales, ideally in the insurance or financial services domain.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with insurance products and regulatory frameworks (preferred).

Goal-oriented mindset with a professional and positive approach.

Basic computer skills and working knowledge of CRM tools.

Resilience to handle objections and rejections effectively.
