We are looking for an experienced BPO Team Leader for a voice process under Socially India Included Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of calling executives

Monitor KPIs like AHT, Quality, Attendance

Conduct coaching & performance reviews

Handle customer escalations

Maintain process compliance

Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports

Requirements:

12 years as Team Leader / Acting TL / Senior Agent

Strong communication & leadership skills

Good Excel skills

Experience in domestic BPO preferred
