Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers.
2. Provide accurate information about products/services.
3. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly.
4. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Meet daily/weekly performance targets (calls handled, customer satisfaction, etc.).
6. Escalate unresolved issues to higher departments when required.
Required Skills:
1. Good communication skills (English, or regional languages).
2. Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
3. Ability to work in rotational shifts.
4. Problem-solving and active listening skills.
5. Patience and customer-centric attitude.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 10+2 / Any Graduate.
