About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
• Maintain and update CRM/database records
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
• Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics
• Performance based incentives
Skills Required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident in cold calling and client interaction
• Basic negotiation and persuasion skills
• Lead generation and prospecting ability
• Market research skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle rejection professionally
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
