We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to learn. You will work from home, focusing on driving business growth and building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, social media, and networking. You will create a list of leads to contact regularly.

2. Cold Calling/Emailing: Reach out to potential clients to introduce our services, explain our offerings, and set up meetings for further discussions. Your communication skills will be essential in persuading leads.

3. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Engage with them regularly to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

4. Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities. This will help identify new opportunities for growth and provide insights to improve strategies.

5. Reporting: Track your sales activities in reports to share with your supervisors. Regular updates will help the team stay informed and adjust strategies when necessary.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally. Engaging with clients will require excellent interpersonal skills.

- Sales Acumen: A basic understanding of sales processes and techniques will be beneficial. Previous experience in sales is a plus.

- Self-Motivation: Working from home requires discipline and initiative. You should be able to manage your time effectively and stay focused on your goals.

- Team Collaboration: As part of a remote team, regular interaction and collaboration with colleagues will be expected. You should be comfortable using online collaboration tools.
