about the role:
work closely with bank staff to identify customer needs, offer tailored life insurance solutions, and meet or exceed sales targets. you’ll play a key role in strengthening our bancassurance partnerships, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers achieve financial security.
key responsibilities:
sales and target achievement: drive life insurance sales within assigned bank branches, meeting monthly and annual targets.
relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers to foster trust and collaboration.
customer advisory and support: educate customers on product features, answer inquiries, and guide them through the onboarding process.
training and collaboration: support bank staff by providing product knowledge and sales training.
who we’re looking for:
bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
1+ years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services
strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients
results-oriented mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
