Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry: Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records in the back-end systems.

- The Back Office Manager will be responsible for entering data into the system to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.

2. Documentation: Managing and organizing files, documents, and other paperwork efficiently.

- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure easy access and retrieval of important documents.

3. Communication: Handling emails, correspondence, and phone calls related to back-office operations.

- Responding to inquiries, forwarding messages, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders.

4. Coordination: Coordinating with other teams or departments for smooth workflow and task completion.

- Collaborating with different teams to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and MS Office applications.

2. Organizational Skills: Ability to organize files, documents, and tasks effectively.

3. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.

4. Time Management: Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.

5. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy and detail to ensure error-free data entry and documentation.
