Job Title: Back Office Executive
Responsibilities:
Data Management: Gathering, compiling, and organizing essential data for the company's operations.
Project Processing: Overseeing project-related tasks, ensuring timely delivery of supplies, and monitoring project timelines.
Market Research: Conducting research to examine consumer opinions and purchasing preferences.
Finance and Accounting: Managing the organization's finances, creating invoices, writing checks, and issuing receipts.
Administrative Support: Assisting with inventory control, organizing staff meetings, and updating calendars.
Coordination: Assisting and coordinating with the sales and front office teams.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor€™s degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience: Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
Skills: Excellent organizational skills, knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software, and familiarity with CRM platforms.
Communication: High-level written and verbal communication skills
