**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Data Entry:** Accurately input and maintain important information in databases or spreadsheets to ensure that all data is current and accessible.
- **Documentation Management:** Organize and manage all company documents, both digital and physical, making it easy to retrieve information when needed.
- **Customer Support:** Assist customers through email or phone, addressing their queries and providing the necessary information to ensure a smooth experience.
- **Reporting:** Prepare daily or weekly reports on various tasks to keep the management informed about progress and areas that need attention.
- **Coordination:** Work closely with other departments to facilitate the smooth flow of information and support their operational needs.
