Accounts Executive and Backend Sales Co-ordinator
Assisting and coordinating with the sales team & Clients
Assisting with inventory control.
Processing company receipts, invoices.
Assisting and supporting management.
Preparing PI for the customers.
Create and amend quotes and proposals.
Back Office Executive Requirements:
Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Previous work experience as an Backend Office Executive.
